Latitude Margaritaville brings “no worries” vibe to the Lowcountry

Nine furnished model homes set to open this summer Master developer Minto Communities and global brand Margaritaville Holdings are introducing a “no worries” tropical vibe to life in South Carolina’s beautiful Lowcountry. Their new LATITUDE MARGARITAVILLE Hilton Head active adult community is now open in the city of Hardeeville at the scenic gateway to world-famous Hilton Head Island.

In 2017, Margaritaville and Minto formed a partnership to develop LATITUDE MARGARITAVILLE communities. LATITUDE MARGARITAVILLE Hilton Head is the second of the new 55-and-better master planned communities. The first, LATITUDE MARGARITAVILLE Daytona Beach, opened last year, and residents started moving in this March. Additional LATITUDE MARGARITAVILLE locations are planned for some of the nation’s most popular destinations.

Phase one of LATITUDE MARGARITAVILLE Hilton Head is underway and includes 203 home sites. The sales center is open daily for tours and nine fully furnished model homes will open in late June with a wide range of home designs and floor plans starting in the mid $200s.

At LATITUDE MARGARITAVILLE Hilton Head, residents will enjoy walkable neighborhoods, golf-cart friendly streets and a lively Town Center. In addition to the many recreational amenities, an adjoining 290,000-square-foot golf cart-accessible neighborhood retail center is being developed in partnership with Sutton Properties, Inc.

LATITUDE MARGARITAVILLE Hilton Head model homes are from three distinct villa and single-family home collections – the Caribbean, Beach and Island. Four villa home models include the Antigua, Barbuda, Jamaica and Nevis, ranging from 1,503 to 1,862 square feet under air. Additional villa floor plans include the Caicos and Lucia. All have two bedrooms, den or hobby room, two baths, covered lanai and two-car garage. Villa pricing starts at $243,990.

Five single-family home models include the Coconut, Parrot, Breeze, Aruba and Trinidad. Additional single-family home floor plans are available, and include the Hammock, Cabana, Bimini and St. Bart. Single-family homes range from 1,684 to 2,564 square feet under air and feature two to three bedrooms plus den, two to three-car garages, two to three-and-a-half baths and a covered lanai. Pricing for single-family homes starts at $293,990.

The low maintenance homes feature open, airy spaces that maximize natural light and flow into uniquely designed outdoor living spaces perfect for enjoying the mild South Carolina climate.
