Beth Henzler was the first employee with the company  and eventually became part owner along with Bob Hawkins. She has overseen the administration and processes during a period of explosive growth, nurturing it from a collection of 13 private vacation rental  homes and villas to today’s expansive portfolio of almost 400 vacation rental properties. Her expertise, tenacity and experience have played a tremendous role in the company’s continued success, but for her it’s all about the experiences they create.

When asked what she felt was the most rewarding part of her job, Henzler replied, “I feel that assisting guests with creating memories that they will remember for years to come and building relationships with our homeowners, and with knowing that they trust and depend on us.”

As broker-in-charge of the entire  portfolio of vacation rental properties, Tiffany Woollacott is tasked with not only ensuring owners enjoy a return on their investment, but also with delivering the utmost in service to guests. Having been with the company for nearly 20 years, she too has helped usher in this period of expansive growth while ensuring every customer has the best experience.

“I enjoy the relationships that I create with both the property owners and rental guests, in assisting owners with the management of their property and in assisting guests with choosing the perfect vacation spot,” said Woollacott. She further added that “watching people that are happy is such a joy especially when it is at one of our Beachfront rentals in Hilton Head.”
