The coastal town of Habersham, SC is once again thrilled to announce a collaboration with Southern Living Magazine to bring the 2020 Southern Living Showcase Home to the Lowcountry. This beautiful cottage was built by award-winning custom home builder Allen Patterson Builders and features detailed interior design. Look for a coastal color pallet, high-end finishings, hand selected wallcoverings and furniture by Kathryn Lott, owner of K.Lo Style & Design.

The fully furnished and professionally decorated Showcase Home is idyllic in size and layout. Authentic pine wood floors throughout, quartz countertops and custom cabinetry in the kitchen and baths, and exquisite millwork give this Lowcountry cottage the perfect blend of luxury with all the comforts of home.

Tickets for tours are available for purchase online or can be purchased at the Habersham Land Company office located at 22 Market, Beaufort, SC. A portion of all ticket sales go to benefit local non-profit FRIENDS of Caroline Hospice.

The home will be open for general tours for the month of November and reopen fully decorated for the holidays beginning December 2. Additionally, this will kick off the 33rd Annual Festival of Trees to benefit FRIENDS of Caroline Hospice that will also be held in Habersham. Thirty live Christmas trees will be decorated and placed throughout the Southern Living inspired community of Habersham. All trees will be located outside and on display from December 2- 27, 2020. The trees can be viewed by taking a self-guided tour, walking or driving every day until 9pm. There is no ticket or entry fee for this fun and festive version of this much-loved event, but we ask that donations be given online or at one of the locations in Habersham Marketplace to benefit FRIENDS of Caroline Hospice to further support this vital and local non-profit. The Showcase Home opening coincides with Habersham’s 33rd Annual Festival of Trees event, which benefits FRIENDS of Caroline Hospice.
