HILTON HEAD, SC — March 21, 2019 — The Latitude Margaritaville fun continues as Minto Communities – USA and Margaritaville Holdings present a Spring Break Celebration and hard-hat preview of the soon-to-open Latitude Town Center on Saturday, March 30, from noon to 4 p.m. The event is open to the public, and will take place at Latitude Margaritaville Hilton Head.

Many of the day’s activities will be held at Latitude Margaritaville’s Lake Latitude Club where attendees will enjoy Margaritaville-style refreshments, two live bands, stilt walkers, pontoon boat rides, kayak and paddleboard tours, games, giveaways and more. Nine fully decorated model homes will be open for touring.

In addition to the many amenities within the community, an adjoining golf cart-accessible retail center is being planned.

Latitude Margaritaville Hilton Head is the second of the communities to open.  Plans call for 3,000 homes at build out. Latitude Margaritaville Daytona Beach was the first to open. A third, Latitude Margaritaville Watersound, located near Panama City Beach in the Florida Panhandle, is projected to open in early 2021.
