5209 Hampton Place is a three bedroom, three bathroom end unit with incredible views and the capacity to accommodate 10 guests.
The living room features floor-to-ceiling windows allowing for tons of beautiful natural sunlight, a flat screen TV and access to the private wrap-around balcony. The updated kitchen features granite countertops, an eat-at bar, perfect for coffee in the morning, and quaint sitting area with access to an additional private oceanfront balcony. Additionally, there is a dining area with seating for six.
The master bedroom has amazing ocean views, a king bed and access to the balcony. The private master bathroom has a double-sink vanity, deep garden tub and a stand-alone shower. The first guest bedroom also has a king bed and ocean views. The second guest bedroom features two full beds and those same great ocean views that the other rooms have to offer. Both guest bedrooms have private bathrooms.

Guests are close to everything that Palmetto Dunes has to offer – golfing, tennis, fishing and miles of bike paths.
