Welcome to the top floor of North Shore Place 503 in North Forest Beach!
This wonderful complex is located just across the street from the beach and is only a 1 minute walk from Coligny Plaza where you will find, dining, shopping and entertainment. This is a complex where you can park you car in the gated covered parking garage and walk or bike to everything the island has to offer. The location is fantastic, everything is so convenient to the complex!
The villa offers a wonderful floor plan, the living area has tile flooring and is open to the kitchen and dining area. The dining table offers seating for 6, there is additional seating at the kitchen Corian counter overlooking the well equipped kitchen. The living room has wonderful furnishings that are comfortable, a DVD player, TV and large windows making the area very inviting and bright. Off the living area is a private balcony that over looks Coligny Plaza and offers beautiful distant views of the ocean, you will spend many hours relaxing and enjoying the view during your stay.
There are 2 bedrooms, the master suite offers king bedding, beautiful linens and a private bath with a separate shower and a large soaking tub. The guest bedroom has a beautiful décor and offers 2 new double beds, mattresses, linens and a private bath. Both of the bedrooms have TV's and there is a laundry area within the villa and the entire villa was recently painted and the carpet was replaced in the bedrooms.
The complex pool and hot tub are located on the top floor of the complex where you will enjoy ocean breezes and peeks of the ocean. The guests at North Shore Place may also use the north oceanfront pool located directly across the street at the Sea Crest Complex. The complex is located across the street from Coligny Plaza where you will find shopping, dining and entertainment making this wonderful gated complex the perfect place for your next vacation on Hilton Head Island.
