This breathtaking 6 bedroom, 6 ½ bathroom direct oceanfront vacation home is located in the North Forest Beach area on Hilton Head Island. This home boasts a private pool, fabulous views from many rooms, a private oceanfront pool and private walkway to the beach. There are updated touches throughout including granite countertops, cherry cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, leather sofas and more!

The large main floor great room overlooks the private pool, sun deck and out to the Atlantic Ocean. There is a 50 inch flat panel TV mounted on the wall, two new leather couches, new side chair and the room opens into the fully equipped, gourmet kitchen. There is a breakfast bar, which seats 6 and a separate eating area with a dining table that seats 8. Beautiful tall windows provide gorgeous views of the beach and ocean! Behind the kitchen is a fully equipped laundry room.

The first bedroom is located off the great room and features a King bed, access to the patio and pool and a private bathroom with a spa tub, walk-in shower and double vanities. There is a comfortable sitting area and a wall of windows that provide a place to relax and enjoy the views. Also on the main level is a second bedroom with a King bed. This bedroom features a private bathroom with a large walk-in shower and a small private balcony.

Going up the stairs to the 2nd level, guests will find a spacious second living area, which has comfortable leather seating, an entertainment center with a flat panel TV, a built-in bar/breakfast area with sink, microwave, refrigerator, and ice maker, and 2 large slider doors to a balcony with 4 rockers and a magnificent view. There is a nook just off the top of the stairs where a set of bunks beds can be found.

The 2nd master bedroom is on this level and features a king-size bed, a flat panel TV, and a private bathroom with a spa tub and large walk-in shower. Gorgeous ocean views can be seen through a wall of windows which includes a slider out to a balcony.

The second level also features what can be a private family suite, making 39 Dune Lane the perfect vacation home for multiple or extended families. This suite includes a beautiful, ocean view bedroom with a King bed and full bathroom. Off this room is a youth bedroom with 2 twin beds, a flat panel TV, and a private bath.

Off the back of the family room, another small hallway leads to a 2nd laundry room and to the 6th bedroom, which has a king-size bed, a TV, access to a balcony, and a private bath with a walk-in shower.
