This beautiful home is a 5 bedroom, 5 + 2 half bathroom home located on the 7th green and 8th fairway of the Harbour Town Golf Course. The home features 2 living areas and is perfect for entertaining or guests with multiple families. There is a pool table off the entry of the home and a dramatic staircase that goes upstairs to 3 of the 5 bedrooms.The fully equipped kitchen features granite counters and stainless appliances.The adjacent dining room has a large table that will comfortably seat 10.
The spacious master on the first floor offers a king bed, flat screen TV and a private bath will a garden tub, double vanity with granite top and walk in shower. It is adjoined with sliding doors to a study that looks out onto a screened porch.
The king bedroom upstairs features a king bed with a private bath and a balcony that overlooks the pool area and looks down the length of the 7th fairway and 8th tee box. The third bedroom offers a queen bed with a private bath and TV. The fourth bedroom has a Pyramid bunk and another twin w/trundle, private bath and TV. The last bedroom is above the garage and can be accessed by stairs off the deck area in the back of the home. This bedroom features a twin bed w/trundle and a sleeper sofa, private bath, TV and a private balcony overlooking the golf course.
