Welcome to 302 North Shore Place in North Forest Beach! This villa is located directly across the street from the beach and Coligny Plaza. The complex is beautiful and gated, the elevator will take you up to the third floor of the complex where the unit is located.
The living, dining and kitchen are an open floor plan, seating for 6 at the dining table and additional seating at the kitchen counter/breakfast bar.   The living area offers comfortable seating, there is a door that leads to the balcony with seating which is the perfect place to relax in the evening and listen to the music from Coligny Plaza or have your quiet morning coffee before anyone else is awake!
The bedrooms are a split floor plan, the master has king bedding and a private bath with a large soaking tub and separate shower. The guest bedroom has 2 new double beds, a TV and private bath. There is a laundry area in the unit, there is wireless internet service, cable TV on all three TVs and a DVD player in the living area.
The complex pool and hot tub are located on the rooftop, there are plenty of lounge chairs and sunshine along with ocean breezes and views of the ocean across the way. The guests are also permitted to enjoy the north oceanfront pool located directly across the street at the Sea Crest Complex, come and park your car and enjoy all the amenities that North Shore Complex has to offer.
