As soon as you pull into the driveway, you will be so happy you selected this wonderful home!  The pool area is so inviting, well-appointed with a variety of loungers, Front-gate-style furniture and a table/umbrella that seats 4 all set in a lush green landscaped setting, with a paved decking.
As you enter the home, to the right is a hall way where the master suite and 2 guest bedrooms are located.  All bathrooms have been updated and are gorgeous.  The master suite has an over-sized walk in shower that is beautiful! You also have access out to the deck, which has a table and 2 chairs for your enjoyment off of this bedroom.
The open floor plan lends itself to socializing, relaxing and breath-taking views out to the golf course from the wall of windows in the living area.  The wooden bar that is in-between the kitchen and living area is a striking piece and is a very functional piece as well.  It can seat 5 with the bar stools.  There is also a stunning, over-sized quartz island in the middle of the kitchen which seats 4.  The kitchen is updated, completed with sky light to bring in the natural sunlight, all stainless appliances and even includes 2 wine coolers, one for red and one for white, with their own temp settings.  Convinced yet?  You need to book this home for your next family or friend gathering, guaranteed fun times! The deck that runs the length of the home has a gas grill, plenty of seating, tables and killer views up close to the greens.
