20 Baynard Cove is a stunning one level home located in prestigious Sea Pines Plantation. This beautiful home features a very open floor plan with a view of the private pool from almost every room!
The large, gourmet kitchen is fully equipped and features an island with a gas stovetop and stainless steel appliances. There is a half bath off the kitchen. The dining room table has plenty of seating for family gatherings as well as a comfortable sit-in bay window.

There is a sliding door that leads to the back deck. The second king bedroom and the third bedroom located right off the front foyer each have a private half bath. There is a small sitting room adjacent to these bedrooms. The last bedroom is a quiet space great for getting some work done and kids play time, this room has a twin day bed with a twin trundle.
