17 Lands End is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom vacation rental in Sea Pines. Located near the South Beach Marina Village with views of the Calibogue Sound and direct beach access. Guests will enjoy the beautiful hardwood flooring throughout the living and dining area, Smart TV's that are in the living room and all bedrooms and the breathtaking views from the Carolina room and outside deck.
The spacious living area on the main level has plenty of comfortable seating and a separate dining area with a table that seat 6 people. The fully-equipped kitchen opens to the dining area and also has a separate door leading to the front of the property. There is a screened in Carolina room facing the Calibogue Sound and is a separate seating area with a couple of comfortable chairs and a small game table. A door leads out to the spacious deck with breathtaking views and built in seating, There is a BBQ grill and table and chairs so guests can eat alfresco.
There are two bedrooms on the main level. The first is located in the front of the townhome and has a Queen bed and a Smart TV. The second bedroom on this level is the Master with a King bed, Smart TV. This bedroom also has a private bathroom with a double vanity and walk in shower.
On the second level are the two remaining bedrooms. The bedroom towards the front of the villa has a Queen bed and a Smart TV. The bedroom towards the back of the villa has two Twin beds. Both of these bedroom share a hall bathroom. Breathtaking views, dolphins playing in the surf, close proximity to restaurants and shopping and easy access to the beach make 17 Lands End a great Sea Pines villa for your next Hilton Head Vacation.
