Welcome to 16 Ibis Lane situated on the corner of Dune Lane which runs parallel to the beach in the North Forest Beach Area!
This 2 story beach home is located only steps from the beach, there are 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The first floor of the home is where 3 bedrooms are located, there is a master bedroom with a king bed, a TV and private bath. The other 2 bedrooms on this floor share a bath located in the hall. There is a bunk with a top twin over a double and 2 Queen beds, both bedrooms have TVs and you can access the screen porch from the twin bedroom. The living room is located upstairs, along with the dining area, kitchen, a half bath and a large master suite with a separate shower and tub. The living area is comfortable, plenty of seating and there is a large screen porch with a dining area located off the living area. The dining area is open to the living area and well equipped kitchen.
Outside the home is a private pool, there is a third dining area and a grill located pool side, both of the screen porches are accessible from the yard. The front yard is completely fenced which makes the yard perfect for the kids.
Coligny Plaza also know as the Hilton Head Island's downtown area is located only 9 blocks from the home offering, shopping, dining, the grocery, the local coffee shop, two ice cream shops and entertainment, there is something for everyone in the party. The home is also located only steps from the bike path. There are over 55 miles of bike paths on this pristine island.
