16 Heath is a spacious four bedroom home located in Palmetto Dunes and just a short walk to the beach! This breathtaking home has recently been renovated with granite countertops, wood floors and all new furnishings! As you enter the home, you are greeted with a spacious living room, with vaulted ceilings and views of the golf course. The living room features a large couch and an armchair, offering plenty of seating for everyone. Guests will enjoy gathering the family together for a movie at the end of the day on the 47 inch flat screened TV. To the right of the entrance, you have the kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances and new granite countertops. Just off of the kitchen, is a small table with seating for four, that’s perfect for eating breakfast or sitting down with a hot cup of coffee to read the newspaper.
To the left of the foyer, you have a hallway leading down to two guest bedrooms and the master bedroom. The master bedroom is decorated in coastal blue and tan hues and features a wicker backboard for the perfect nautical touch. The master bedroom also has its own doors out onto the pool deck, as well as a 42 inch flat screened TV and a fireplace. The master bath was renovated recently and has a beautiful soaking tub and separate shower with stone tiled walls. One of the guest bedrooms has a king bed with a flat screened 31 ½ inch TV and DVD, and a separate hallway bathroom with a combination tub/shower. There is also one last guest bedroom with a queen bed, with a 31 ½ inch flat screened TV with a DVD player. They would have use of the half bathroom featuring a shower only and a granite sink. Both guest rooms look out to the front of the house. On the upper level is a second master suite with a king bed that is nautically decorated in navy and white with anchor motifs. This room has a flat screened 31 ½ inch TV, a couch for lounging, and a private combination tub/shower.
The backyard is a true retreat that has a hot tub and pool (pool and spa heat additional cost), perfect for splashing around playing pool games or relaxing your muscles in the hot tub at the end of the day. There is also an outdoor dining table with seating for 6 – a great spot for dinner alfresco!
The beach is about a ten minute walk away and you can also use the FREE beach buggy that will come and pick you up at the house and bring you to and from the beach. Get ready to make lasting family memories when you stay at 16 Heath.

DIRECTIONS TO THE BEACH: Can take free shuttle, bike ride or walk. Walk down Heath Drive, turn left on St. George, then over bridge crossing the lagoon. Walk on bike path, cross street to beach walk left of Omni. 1 1/2 minutes on sidewalk to boardwalk with ramp up and down to soft sand. No steps! Walking would take about 10 minutes.
