14 South Beach Lane is a beautifully decorated, coastal accents and colors throughout, bright and open 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom home in Sea Pines Plantation with enough room to sleep 20 guests with plenty of space for all!   New flooring, freshly painted, newly renovated bathrooms and new bedding in all of the bedrooms and new furnishings throughout!
As you enter this gorgeous home, you are immediately greeted by the pitched white ceiling beams and a dining room with seating for 8 people. Just beyond the dining room, is the bright and open smaller living area with a couch, love seat and additional chair providing tons of room for friends and family. To the right there is the main living room with a 60 inch SMART TV,  large sectional sofa and lots of bright, natural sunlight, perfect for family gatherings. This living room has direct access to the back deck and pool!Â
The living room opens up into the kitchen with beautiful stone counters, all stainless steel appliances, and tons of counter space to make multiple course meals all at once and perfect for entertaining! The home has a gas range, a double oven and 4 stools to watch the chef cook your favorite meals!  Just off of the kitchen is a small, bright and cozy breakfast nook with seating for four. This spot is just perfect for sitting down with some coffee in the morning or grabbing a quick lunch in between the pool and beach activities! Also off to the right of the living room is one of the master bedrooms with a private bathroom with a shower, as well as a desk area where you can complete any work you may need to do!
As you walk past the kitchen, there is a laundry room with a washer, dryer, and sink.  The next room is a bedroom with two twin beds and its own bathroom with double sinks and a shower/tub combo. Following this room is a guest bathroom with a shower that also has a connecting door to the next bedroom which has two full beds. The last room down this hall is a giant play room with a tv, couch, two huge bean bag chairs, and also three sets of twin bunk beds, the perfect play area for the kids to have some downtime while the adults get some too! The bunk room features a 55 inch SMART TV and DVD player and a smaller screen for kids to play their games on.   This room would be a great place for all of the kids to sleep and spend some quality time together. The garage connects to this wonderful play room and also offers a ping pong table and foosball table for some friendly family competition and your enjoyment.Â
To the left, after walking in the front door is the master bedroom which features a king bed and access to the back deck. There is a huge private bath in this room with a jetted tub and separate walk-in shower with a bench and 2 shower heads as well as tons of counter space— A perfect spot to unwind after a full day of vacationing activities! To the left of the master is a guest bedroom with a king bed and a private bathroom with shower.
The back deck features an outdoor eating area, a huge pool, and a hot tub with a waterfall! There is also a gas grill on the property and a private dock you can go fishing off of! A great outdoor extension of the indoor living area.
