Beautiful, open, airy, coastal and bright 2 bedroom villa! As you enter the villa, the updated kitchen is to the right, with a gorgeous granite island that seats 2 and all the amenities you need to dine and entertain! Walk through to the dining room and the ocean views glisten through the living room windows!
The dining room seats 6 comfortably and flows into the living room for a seamless, open floor plan. A functional built in bench is right behind the dining room table, perfect for extra seating and beach towel storage! A wonderful location for family gatherings.
The main balcony is off of the living room and master bedroom, equipped with a table for four for coffee or afternoon cocktails or just taking some time out to read and unwind. The views are nothing less than calm, tranquil and serene. The lagoon with its calming fountain looks out to the complex pool and ocean.Cool tile is in the main living area, while carpeting is in both bedrooms.
The master bedroom is off of the living room and has a king size bed with a newly purchased mattress (in 2019) and also has an en-suite bathroom. This room has soft blues and creams and coastal touches throughout.
The 2nd bedroom is to the left of the entrance way, complete also with an over-sized bathroom, where the full-sized washer/dryer are located. There is a second balcony off of this bedroom, with chairs to gaze out over the complex out to the ocean. Perfect for some private time to catch up on your favorite book or just relax!
Once you stay here, you will want to make this your annual retreat and make sure you book for next year, before you leave, you don't want someone to beat you to it and have to dissappoint your family!
