Nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood, 11 Myrtle Lane is a delightful 4 bedroom, 4 bath vacation home, with all of the amenities you’d expect for a wonderful family vacation. Located in the South Forest Beach area, guests can leisurely stroll to the beach in 7 minutes. With lush tropical landscaping surrounding the home, and 35 by 12 foot swimming pool, it feels like you are in Paradise! Adjacent to the pool is a covered patio with 2 gas grills, tables and chairs, and a shower cabana.

Guests may park 1 car in the garage, and up to 3 in the driveway. A private mother-in-law suite can be accessed through the garage, with a staircase leading to the kitchen. The bedroom features a queen sized bed, a delightful breakfast table that seats 2, and a 32 inch flat screened TV. The private bath is a combination tub/shower and has a hair dryer. The kitchenette features a full sized refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and a door to a private deck. A fabulous 8 x 14 foot deck is flanked by tall trees for the utmost in privacy.

The main level of the home is an open room with kitchen, dining room, and living room. Off the dining room is beautiful deck, with seating for 5, and is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee! The kitchen is outfitted with modern appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar that seats 3. The dining table seats eight. The main level has 2 bedrooms. A guest bedroom with 2 twin beds has a 32 inch flat screened TV, and shares a hall combination tub/shower bathroom with the living and dining area. Just past the kitchen is the master bedroom, with a king bed, a 50 inch flat screened TV with a DVD, and a fabulous wooded view. The private bath has a large shower only with a bench, and a separate tub. A sliding glass door leads to an 8 x 10 foot deck, with a wrought iron table and 2 chairs. Guests will enjoy the beauty and quiet of this secluded neighborhood. The third floor of the house features a bedroom with 2 queen beds, with an en suite combination tub/shower bath, and a 50 inch flat screened TV with DVD. The angled ceiling with ceiling fan will keep guests cool in the summer!
