Welcome to 10 Knotts Way a beautifully appointed 3 story home in a private community in North Forest Beach!
This gorgeous home has a large living area with 24 foot ceilings and many windows allowing the beautiful Hilton Head sunshine in. The living area has plenty of seating and a large TV making it the perfect place for family and friends to gather. The dining area and kitchen are open to the living area and will accommodate up to 16 for dining which is fantastic for entertaining family and friends.
There are four master suites in the home; three of them have a King bed, the fourth has a queen bed. The master suites have sitting areas, private bathrooms, TV's and are very spacious. There are two additional bedrooms which both have two double beds in each bedroom, a private bath and a TV. The double guest bedroom on the second floor also has a queen sleeper sofa for the kids. The fourth master suite is located on the third floor of the home and offers a queen bed, a TV and a private bath. There is an elevator in the home with access from the garage to the third floor.
The home is located fourth row and is only 125 steps from the beach within walking distance to Coligny Plaza where you will find shopping, dining, grocery, coffee shop, ice cream stores and entertainment. If you prefer jump on a bike and enjoy a ride on 55 miles of bike paths on the island, bike path is located directly across the street.
There is a large private sunny pool and hot tub, both can be heated for an additional cost. There is a dining area located poolside, a gas grill and plenty of lounge chairs, the pool area is completely fenced and there is a green space for the kids to play or the perfect place for the family dog.
Parking is in the garage, there is parking for four large vehicles, 5 small vehicles and one additional parking space in front of the garage.
