Since 1969, when Gene Martin’s Red & White opened in Coligny Plaza, many things have changed. Our name has changed to Piggly Wiggly, but the friendly and personalized service has remained the same.

As the first grocery store on the island, Piggly Wiggly at Coligny Plaza has been locally owned and operated its entire existence. First by Gene Martin, and now his son David runs has ran the show for more than 40 years. The store still carries that “small town” feel with friendly, helpful service.

Piggly Wiggly has all of your beach needs from suntan lotion to towels and floats.

We have an extensive selection of Pig memorabilia including shirts, coozies, coffee cups, and much more.

Our seafood is local and fresh; voted the best on the island. Our shrimp can be steamed for free upon request. The full range deli features Boars Head meats and the meat market will always prepare special cuts.

Piggly Wiggly strives to carry all the best brands at competitive prices. In addition, we carry many locally grown items and unique products such as jams, jellies, sauces and more. If you can’t find something, please ask, we will be happy to try and find the item for you!
