About Me

Ken Kroupa spent his childhood in the North East and graduated from Gettysburg College with a Bachelors degree in Business Management and Human Resources. After 3 successful years as a recruiter in the Pharmaceutical Industry he headed south to pursue a career as a Golf Professional. Ken taught golf at Shipyard Golf Club on Hilton Head and then moved to Bluffton to join the professional staff at Berkeley Hall.

Ken’s real estate career began with Resort Island Realty in 2004 before making the move to Carson Realty in the fall of 2007. He was awarded Salesperson of the year in 2008, his first full year with Carson. In 2009 he joined forces with colleague, Sheri Bush, to form Kroupa & Bush Real Estate Partners. Kroupa & Bush were the top producing agents in Hampton Hall in 2009. Their success is driven by their tremendous work ethic and unparallel service.
