Nestled just outside of the back gate of Sea Pines Plantation, 218 Cordillo Parkway is unique in its offerings and ready for your next family vacation. This standalone three story home is one of the few properties to have deeded access into Sea Pines Plantation. This means that you will be able to freely go in and out of Sea Pines to enjoy all of the amenities and offerings during your visit.

The home has a raised entry and upon entering you are greeted with an open floor plan. As you move through the foyer the property opens up with the large kitchen and updated offerings to the dining room and living area. Just off the living and dining area is a deck that runs the length of back of the home that is covered and offers seating.
